Our client a leader in transforming electric mobility and last-mile logistics in Africa is seeking a Digital Marketer to take ownership of content strategy demand generation and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will combine digital marketing expertise with a growth mindset experimenting analyzing and optimizing campaigns to drive measurable business growth. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution across digital channels content production (including video and graphics) and event amplification. You will play a key role in positioning the brand as a thought leader generating quality leads and boosting engagement.
Summary of Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute integrated digital strategies with a strong focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Experiment with growth marketing tactics (A/B testing funnel optimization SEO paid ads CRO) to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with business development to convert marketing-qualified leads into opportunities.
Content Strategy & Creation
- Own and manage the content calendar (articles blogs case studies videos animations infographics social media posts).
- Produce and curate high-impact B2B and event-driven content that strengthens brand authority.
- Optimize content for SEO and social platforms to increase reach and organic trafficsearches.
Creative Production
- Create and edit high-quality graphics video and event coverage using tools like Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro (animation skills are a plus).
- Support the Organization during events by capturing and publishing content in real-time to drive visibility and engagement.
Paid & Organic Digital Campaigns
- Manage and optimize Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads for B2B lead generation.
- Use data-driven insights to refine targeting ad creatives and funnel performance.
- Drive social media presence across LinkedIn Instagram Twitter (X) and YouTube.
Analytics Reporting & Optimization
- Track key performance metrics (engagement traffic conversion rates leads) and generate actionable insights.
- Run growth experiments to identify scalable marketing opportunities.
- Report monthly on campaign impact growth KPIs and recommendations.
Requirements
- 3 years experience in digital marketing or growth marketing ideally in B2B logistics or sustainability.
- Strong expertise in content strategy SEO and social media marketing.
- Proven ability to generate leads and grow engagement through paid and organic channels.
- Great skills in graphics and video editing software (Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro).
- Confident communicator with excellent storytelling presentation and writing skills.
- Self-starter passionate proactive and comfortable working independently and with leadership teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in event coverage and real-time content publishing.
- Knowledge of animation/motion graphics.
