Wine Ambassador Assistant
Job Type: Seasonal (June - October 2024)

The Winery
What first started as a working barn and equipment storage unit hidden between the rows of Jagged Rock vineyard was later reimagined in a colorful way by world renowned architect Tom Kundig to create a commune of creativity for those who wish to sip inspiration. Red Barn striking and stark paves a pathway for those to wish to explore the uncharted and unknown with a crafted collection of rebellious unoaked wines designed to disrupt the norm. Harnessing the greatness of South Okanagan terrain.
This is a place where classic meets the unconventional.
The Day in the Life
- Greet and interact with all guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain merchandising organization and cleanliness on the retail floor and behind the tasting bar
- Assist and support other functions of the winery as needed including basic kitchen preparation
- Set up wine tasting experiences
- Responsible for warehousing duties on a rotational basis
Must haves:
- B.C. Serving it Right Certification
- 2 years of guest service experience
- Must be energetic engaging and authentic
- Passionate about food and wine.
- Meet the physical requirements of the position including repetitively lifting carrying pushing and pulling weight up to 40lbs
- Previous wine education is an asset
