Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to join our team to achieve the sales objectives of the territory (Central & Eastern Connecticut). This position is responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships in a hospital / OR - surgical setting. The ideal candidate will possess an ability to sell consultatively to identify / create clinical needs with the objective of helping maximize patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Responsible for attaining sales goals established by the Company within the designated territory and budget. Responsible for increasing sales of current accounts and establishing new accounts. Positions self as a product expert. Presents educates and provides in-services on the process/procedure of properly using the Company s products to surgeons OR staff and other individuals. These duties include but are not limited to:
Providing on-site technical support during procedures to ensure proper use of the products.
Training and educating physicians and hospital staff on the use of the products.
Informs customers of new and current products backorders general order status current pricing structure company policy changes and forecasts for new needs.
Earnings and Benefits
$185K Year 1 On Target Earnings (salary commissions bonus) Uncapped (average TMs making $240-250K)

Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree required
Initial COVID vaccination (does not require boosters). Accommodations for exemption considered on individual basis.
Minimum of 2 years general sales experience medical sales experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal oral communication organizational and planning skills.
Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued drivers license and meet BDs auto safety standards.
Must be able to meet and maintain customer/medical facility access requirements including regular or periodic drug screenings with a satisfactory result in accordance with the requirements of the customer/medical facility serviced.
