Pulmonology/Critical Care Permanent Role - Location: Dallas TX 75246

- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Compensation: Based on experience
Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and treat patients with respiratory conditions such as COPD asthma interstitial lung disease pulmonary hypertension and lung cancer.
- Provide critical care services in the ICU including ventilator management sepsis care and procedural interventions (e.g. central lines thoracentesis).
- Perform and interpret pulmonary function tests bronchoscopy and other relevant procedures.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate with other specialists for comprehensive patient care.
- Provide outpatient follow-up and ongoing management of chronic pulmonary conditions.
- Maintain accurate complete and timely medical records using EMR systems.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educational activities.
Qualifications: - Education: Doctorate Degree in Medicine (MD or DO).
- Licensure: Must be licensed in the state of Texas.
- Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonology and Critical Care Medicine.
- Experience: 1-2 years but new fellows are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Excellent communication clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.
