Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Tele Caller with at least 1 year of prior experience in the EdTech industry. The role involves calling prospective students or parents explaining available courses or programs and converting leads into enrollments.
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Tele Caller with at least 1 year of prior experience in the EdTech industry. The role involves calling prospective students or parents explaining available courses or programs and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming inquiries.
Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming inquiries.
Clearly explain educational programs benefits and outcomes to leads.
Maintain strong follow-up with leads to ensure conversions.
Record daily calls feedback and outcomes in CRM tools.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and conversions.
Collaborate with counselors and admission teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
Provide accurate information and handle objections professionally.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during all interactions.
Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an EdTech Telecalling role.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an EdTech Telecalling role.
Excellent verbal communication in English Hindi and/or regional languages.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge.
Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
Preferred:
Experience working with B2C educational products or services.
Experience working with B2C educational products or services.
Background in sales or academic enrollment processes.
Salary:
As per industry standards and candidate experience.
