Leading coaching and developing a team of 10 outbound telesales representatives
Driving outbound prospecting activities to generate qualified leads from multiple channels (calls emails social platforms networking etc.)
Leveraging Hubspot and other tools to build filter and segment prospect databases effectively
Supporting the team in transforming cold leads into long-term paying customers
Defining sales targets tracking KPIs and monitoring team performance
Continuously improving sales processes through actionable data-driven insights
Recruiting and onboarding new outbound sales talent
Creating a collaborative high-performance culture and sharing best practices
Qualifications :
Wed Love to Meet You If
You have a strong background in telesales and outbound prospecting (must-have)
Youve already led a sales team for at least 3 years
You know how to design and scale lead generation processes from scratch
Youre fluent in concepts like outbound sales funnels prospecting strategies CRM management and reporting
Youre fluent in English
Youre confident with data targeting and segmentationbut also a true people person
Youre motivated by the opportunity to grow and mentor a performance-driven sales team
