Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our team and support commercial operations across Orvians group activities. Youll be instrumental in managing our client database reaching out to prospects and ensuring high standards in our sales communications.
This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of B2B sales in a design-led innovation consultancy while working closely with both strategy and delivery teams.
What youll do
- Manage update and maintain the CRM system to ensure clean and accurate client data
- Reach out to potential clients with initial contact messages and follow-ups
- Support client relationship management by scheduling meetings tracking touchpoints and ensuring timely communication
- Polish and maintain commercial assets and documentation used across the group
- Coordinate internally with design strategy and delivery teams to align messaging and offers
- Assist in preparing client-facing materials such as presentations proposals and follow-up emails
What were looking for
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Marketing Communications or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce or similar) is a plus
- Good writing and communication skills
- Italian mother tongue and English at a business level (B2)
- Attention to detail proactivity and a genuine interest in client relationships
- Comfortable with digital tools like Notion Google Workspace and Slack
- Availability for at least 6 months
