Tasks
- Provide on-site support for user desktops laptops and mobile devices ensuring smooth operation and resolving any hardware or software issues.
- Assist with setting up and configuring new equipment including installing necessary software and ensuring network connectivity.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on all systems to keep them running efficiently and securely.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot more complex technical problems and escalate as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions using the companys ticketing system.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in providing technical support or customer service is a plus.
