Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday Friday flexible hours (EST)
Post and schedule pre-made video and social media content across platforms
Engage in relevant Facebook groups to build authority as a thought leader
Respond to messages and inquiries on social channels
Conduct outreach via direct messages to connect with potential prospects
Manage community engagement to drive traffic to the profile and services
Optimize posting times for maximum reach and interaction
Proactively connect with influencers and potential partners in the coaching/business space
Requirements
Proven experience managing LinkedIn Facebook and Instagram
Portfolio showcasing past social media work
Strong written communication skills for engagement and messaging
Understanding of social media best practices and optimal posting times
Ability to represent a professional coaching brand appropriately
Experience with Facebook group engagement and community building
Familiarity with social media scheduling/management tools
Reliable internet and ability to work independently
