Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO

Role Overview
The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO ensuring efficient calendar management communication and coordination across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO s schedule emails and meeting coordination
- Prepare briefings agendas and meeting notes
- Liaise with partners and internal teams on behalf of the CEO
- Track deadlines priorities and follow-ups
- Support in strategy execution and team oversight tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2 years of experience in a similar executive support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Discretion with confidential information
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
