Next Comms Talk is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department in executing campaigns conducting market research managing marketing materials and contributing to the overall strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and customer preferences
Prepare marketing reports and presentations for internal and client meetings
Maintain and update promotional materials brochures and other content
Coordinate with external vendors agencies and suppliers
Track performance metrics for ongoing campaigns and assist with data analysis
Support event planning and execution when required
Ensure consistency in branding across all communication materials
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Familiarity with basic marketing concepts and practices
Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and problem-solving skills
