Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate will manage content creation ensure consistent messaging across platforms and assist with public relations activities. This role requires strong writing skills organizational capabilities and a proactive attitude to help elevate our brand presence.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute internal and external communication strategies
Draft press releases company announcements newsletters and promotional content
Assist in planning and managing events media relations and public outreach initiatives
Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels
Monitor communication trends and recommend improvements to enhance engagement
Support leadership with speechwriting presentation preparation and briefings
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling content
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
13 years of experience in communications public relations or related roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
