Job Description
The AI Operations Specialist plays a key role in improving the quality and accuracy of our AI-generated content. This position focuses on reviewing results from large language models (LLMs) identifying errors or inconsistencies and using internal tools to correct them. Youll help ensure that our AI outputs are reliable accurate and aligned with real-world expectations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented enjoys solving problems and is curious about how AI systems can be improved through thoughtful feedback and pattern recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and diagnose reported inaccuracies and hallucinations in AI-generated content.
- Utilize proprietary tools to troubleshoot and rectify data extraction and interpretation issues from multifamily property management documents.
- Edit and refine AI prompts to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct detailed reviews of extracted data ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
- Identify and communicate recurring patterns or significant problems to the engineering and product teams.
- Continuously learn and adapt to evolving AI technologies and platforms utilized by the team.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Strong proficiency in written English with the ability to clearly articulate issues resolutions and prompt enhancements.
Interest in and aptitude for working with advanced AI technologies and tools.
Ability to identify patterns and systematically address recurring issues.
Detail-oriented with strong system thinking.
Comfortable operating independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience working with AI machine learning models or language models (LLMs).
Background or familiarity with property management documentation and workflows.
Prior experience in operational or analytical roles within SaaS or tech-based environments.
