Joining us as a Business Development Manager you will drive growth by identifying customer needs shaping solutions and strengthening customer relationships.
As a Business Development Manager you will:
- Consult Public Sector customers to build their vision and analyze and generate domain and customer needs
- Conceptualize compelling solutions and business propositions
- Analyze competition and provide relevant insights
- Identify and formulate the solution and offering to be provided to the client
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders. Discovering domain and customer stakeholder landscape to more effectively position the offering.
- Create high-quality marketing and business materials (white papers proposals vision statements)
- Work closely with the sales team to materialize the end business result
- Drive business growth with a results-oriented approach ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Extensive and proven experience (minimum 5 years) in Business Development and/or IT consulting in Digital Government / Defense / Civil protection / Immigration / Foreign affairs
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field; Masters degree would be an asset
- Deep understanding of the Public Sector domain in Greece
- Strong business and technology knowledge in Government relevant domain
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to create impactful business and marketing content
- Strategic mindset proactiveness and a solution-oriented approach
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
- Excellent Greek and English communication skills.
