- Infrastructure Project Delivery: Support the delivery of a major infrastructure development with a focus on design coordination and compliance.
- Approvals Oversight: Manage the end-to-end approvals process for multiple concurrent projects ensuring all documentation is reviewed tracked and aligned with internal stakeholder requirements.
- Process Navigation: Coordinate with project teams to ensure all submissions meet compliance standards including design documentation stakeholder inputs and sequencing of approvals.
- Stakeholder Interface: Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external consultants ensuring clarity of requirements and timely resolution of issues.
- Reporting & Risk Management: Maintain detailed records of approvals progress identify risks or delays and escalate issues where necessary to maintain programme integrity.
- On-Site Collaboration: Based in the Brisbane project office working closely with the wider project and approvals team to ensure seamless integration of tenancy works into the broader development.
Qualifications :
- Relevant Degree: Tertiary qualification in Architecture Interior Design Construction Management Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in end-to end project delivery ideally with exposure to tenancy coordination or fit-out within complex environments.
- Approvals Familiarity: Strong understanding of development and building approvals processes including document preparation compliance tracking and stakeholder coordination.
- Project Management Skills: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and maintain oversight of key milestones.
- Communication & Collaboration: Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills capable of working independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Desirable: Experience in regulated or secure environments (e.g. retail aviation health) is advantageous.
