Job Description
- Prepare and manage R&D Center reports required by government authorities.
- Coordinate audit processes and act as the main point of contact for ministry representatives.
- Track and manage national (TR) and EU funding applications and reporting.
- Monitor and approve R&D-related invoices and ensure accurate financial recording.
- Ensure compliance with R&D regulations for remote work business travel and on-duty assignments.
- Follow up on legal obligations such as patents publications and IP reporting.
- Maintain well-organized documentation and track budgets for R&D projects.
- Assist in evaluating project outcomes and identifying improvement areas.
- Stay current with regulatory changes impacting R&D centers.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree preferably in a technical or engineering field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in R&D operations compliance or coordination roles
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Excellent organizational planning and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Experience working with government agencies and funding programs is a strong plus
