Key activities: Review and management of various sales programs new acquisitions new business development account strategies across Passenger Vehicle Commercial Vehicles Off-road 2WP segments for bringing in top line growth
KRA: Targeted revenue and new acquisition growth for the region

Key activities: Establish and execute business Strategy for the department and region to achieve regional growth as per business plan aligned with global AA-AS strategy

Area: Leading Product Area Tools:
Key activities: Responsible for managing operations and strategy for Product Area Tools
KRA: Achieving set targets for PA
Area: People management
Key activities: Lead and nurture a team of KAMs RSMs Sales Operations and formulate strategy & execution plan for talent development across department
KRA: Talent Pool & succession planning
Area: Planning
Key activities: Review and execute Program mgmt. for various OE/dealers and effective material planning / demand forecasting to ensure On time delivery to meet customer requirements
KRA: Ensure smooth execution of programs and On Time Delivery to customers
Area: Relationship and Stakeholder Management
Key activities: Establish & foster relationships with key customers both external & internal work closely with Go To Source/Go To Market functions as well as AA-AS global leadership in the business Unit
KRA: Effective handling of internal & external customers helping in business sustainance & growth
Area: Profitability management
Key activities: Execute strategies for effective price management and portfolio management across customer accounts helping manage margins
KRA: Defined targets of profitability
Area: Inventory and Receivables management
Key activities: Reviewing timely collection of payments from customers to ensure healthy account receivables and maintaining appropriate stock levels to ensure On time availability to customers
KRA: Set annual and monthly target of Account receivables and inventory management.
Area: VoC (Voice of Customers) Management
Key activities: Strong focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction targets and KPIs
KRA: VoC survey ratings on NPS and CES score
Qualifications :
B.E/ in Automobile / Mechanical MBA in Sales & Mktg / General management
15 years of Total experience with experience in Automotive Industry ( OE / After market)Min 8 years in a Leadership position with Sales exposure Prior Experience in Global Key Account management / P& L responsibility

Proficient Knowledge on Automotive products systems & Technology trends & aftermarket service concept .Expert knowledge of Microsoft excel Powerpoint PowerBi etc.

Expert in communication entrepreneurial ability interpersonal skills and problem solving . Expert in Leadership Skills people management and stakeholder management
