Job Description
Title:
LCV NORTHCOM NTC: Operations CoordinatorBelong Connect Grow with KBR!
Position Overview
Responsible for the completion of required reports in accordance with the established policies procedures systems and requirements approved by the company. Under direct supervision performs routine assignments as an entry level professional. Performs a wide range of administrative office support and coordination activities in support of Senior Operations Coordinator. Candidates must be a highly organized self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced multi-discipline team environment with the ability to manage competing priorities to achieve goals. Must be familiar with the Program Management Office (PMO) Operations Desktop Operating Procedures (DOP) to include but not limited to: Employee Messages Incident Reporting Requirements Crisis Management Action Team Situation Report Aircraft Accident/Incident Emergency Response Plan and Master Schedule of Work.
Applicable Skills Knowledge and Experience
- Must be able to work independently with limited direction.
- Reviews and analyzes support operations to identify trends and keep Supply Maintenance and Support Operations Divisions aligned.
- Analyzes and evaluates man hour utilization at the project level to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manages sensitive information reporting for Incident Reporting.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers clients and fellow employees
- Requires above average knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook)
- Required to produce professional internal and external communiques
- Must possess a general understanding of LOGCAP concept of operations to include Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the Technical Data Package (TDP)
- Must be able to make decisions requiring the requirements of the TDP
- Must possess basic knowledge of the Transportation Movement Request (TMR) process
- Perform other duties as assigned
Additional Skills or Experience Preferred
- 2 years prior Operations experience preferred
Additional requirements
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance and a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Must be able to speak read and write English fluently
- Must have a valid State Drivers License
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must have experience with GCSS-Army
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Work under stressful circumstances and meets short suspense dates
- Individual must be able to perform required duties.
- Individual may be required to work extended hours nights weekends and holidays.
Pay
Basic Compensation: $64000/year $95900/year
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
