JOB TITLE:

Administrative Associate; Kinesiology and Health

JOB PURPOSE:

The purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive administrative support to K&H which includes the academic program and federal state and other grant funded projects. This person coordinates the administrative support of faculty principal investigators (PIs) and project staff; they will support the K&H director with departmental administration stakeholder communication event planning travel purchasing and financial account management. This is the point person for the front office staff so this person will supervise some office staff work study students and part-time workers. This position also works closely with the K&H Leadership team to support budget management reconciliation and projections.

Education: Bachelors degree

Experience: 2 years progressively responsible work-related experience
