TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Kyle Texas! (78640)
This is a permanent direct-hire opportunity with TMD Staffing! We are looking for candidates with staffing experience.
The Recruiters primary objective is to recruit interview hire conduct customer-specific orientations place monitor and end assignments for temporary associates. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in staffing and recruitmentideally with experience working under an Operations Manager in a staffing agency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities the confidence to work independently and the skills to drive operational success while ensuring top-tier customer service.
JOB TITLE:Bilingual Staffing Recruiter
WORK ENVIRONMENT:In-Person Office Setting
LOCATION:Kyle TX 78640
SHIFT: Full-Time Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
RECRUITER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure customer satisfaction by selecting and assigning qualified temporary associates.
- Work independently to ensure efficient operations while maintaining compliance with company and client requirements.
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
- Assign and monitor temporary associates assignments.
- Process background checks and complete drug testing of prospective temporary associates.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including job orders placements and performance reports.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) put in place by Corporate.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
RECRUITER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- 2 years of experience in a staffing agency or in a customer-service role.
- Ability to make independent decisions that impact overall operations and customer satisfaction.
- Strong customer service communication and organizational skills.
- Experience managing data entry reporting and ATS systems.
- Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
