Job Title: Japanese / English Bilingual Production Assistant
Location: Canton MS
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Japanese/English Bilingual Production Assistant to support our manufacturing operations in Canton MS. This hands-on role involves assisting in day-to-day production activities monitoring product quality and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with product assembly packaging and visual inspections
- Operate basic machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
- Monitor product quality and promptly report any defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain a clean organized and hazard-free workspace
- Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Support inventory tracking and assist with material handling tasks
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Familiarity with basic production equipment is a plus
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate loads
