Now Hiring: Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer Highland Park IL
D&R Autoworks a full-service auto repair shop serving the Highland Park community is looking for a customer-focused experienced Service Advisor with a great attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Location: 1454 Old Deerfield Rd Highland Park IL
Pay: $19 $23.50/hour Overtime Monthly Incentive Plan
Hours: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 5:30 PM (Weekends Off!)

What Youll Do
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and care
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly and honestly
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service
- Build lasting customer relationships based on trust
- Help drive shop performance through sales and service excellence
What Were Looking For
- 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication and sales skills
- A team player who builds respectful relationships with technicians
- Committed to delivering an honest transparent customer experience
- Valid drivers license and clean MVR
- High school diploma or GED
