Were looking for a reliable and proactive Customer Support Virtual Assistant to take over live chat and social media messaging support for our online brands one of them being a well known 100% online-based gemstone jewelry boutique.
Youll play a key role in representing our voice and ensuring a smooth supportive experience for our customers across platforms.
Tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and social media (Instagram Facebook etc.)
- Assist customers with order-related questions product details and general support
- Maintain a positive brand-aligned tone across all communications
- Potentially expand support to additional brands (e.g. SB) as we grow
- Collaborate with internal team members for escalations or FAQs
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or virtual assistant roles
- Ideally experience with Zendesk Gorgias or Freshdesk
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Familiarity with chat tools and social platforms (e.g. Shopify chat Instagram DMs Facebook Messenger)
- Reliable internet and a quiet working environment
- Detail-oriented empathetic and able to work independently
