Job Description:
A Senior Electricianoversees and performs installation maintenance and repair of electrical systems often leading a team and ensuring compliance with safety standards.They troubleshoot complex electrical issues read technical diagrams and may also mentor junior electricians.Their role requires strong technical skills problem-solving abilities and knowledge of relevant codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Maintenance:Installing maintaining and repairing electrical wiring fixtures and equipment in various settings like residential commercial or industrial.
- Troubleshooting:Diagnosing and resolving electrical problems using appropriate testing devices and tools.
- Safety Compliance:Ensuring adherence to safety standards regulations and codes during all electrical work.
- Technical Leadership:May lead a team of electricians providing guidance and mentorship.
- Documentation:Maintaining records of work performed inspections and maintenance activities.
- Technical Skills:Possessing a strong working knowledge of electrical systems including troubleshooting repair and installation techniques.
