Work Schedule: Full-time rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Provide clear accurate and timely assistance regarding products or services.
- Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and friendly service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall support experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (C2) and proficient in English (B2).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- No prior experience requiredentry-level candidates are welcome!
