Role
TheVP/ Head of Performance Marketing will play a key role in shaping and executing the companys marketing strategy. This role will oversee all of Direct and paid marketing efforts from Meta Google Tiktok and across across new and established channels. This is a budget ownership role that optimises for marketing cost and credit profile.
Youll step into a collaborative team and own the paid marketing budget applying your deep experience to supercharge growth results. You should thrive on data and enjoy translating insights into action.
This role works cross-functionally with creatives brand marketers growth and data engineers to deliver exceptional results.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Performance Marketing professional with a strong background in consumer financial services and ideally lending fintechs that has managed and scaled paid media to 5m budgets with ROAS or CAC accountability.
We do not believe in silos and departments that are typically found in banks and other lenders. As part of the team you will work across multiple disciplines to drive high impact and great customer outcomes.
