We are seeking a proactive Assistant Sales Manager to support the daily operations and client engagement at our made-to-order menswear store in Delhis premier luxury retail destination. This role is ideal for someone with a refined sales approach technical understanding of tailoring and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a high-luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and client servicing.
- Ensure smooth coordination across inventory visual merchandising and client fittings.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets through refined selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain high service standards while representing the brands identity at every client touchpoint.
- Build long-term client relationships and nurture a loyal clientele through consistent follow-ups and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Retail or Fashion.
- 3-4 years of experience in luxury retail preferably in made-to-order or bespoke menswear.
- Strong grasp of Italian fabrics tailoring and garment measurements.
- Ability to guide clients confidently through fabric selections and customization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a flair for handling high-net-worth clients.
- Exposure to luxury retail environments and an understanding of brand presentation protocols.
Ideal Brand Background
Preferred experience with brands such as: Zegna Canali Tom Ford Corneliani Jade Blue Herms.
Other details:
- Work Location-DLF Emporio New Delhi
- Working days- 6- 1 week off
- Working time- 10 am to 6.30 pm
