The post is based in Transport Scotlands Concessionary Travel and Integrated Ticketing Unit (CTITU) within the Bus Accessible and Active Travel (BAAT) Directorate.
The Operator Account Validator has an important role in the Unit ensuring that:
You will report directly to the Operator Account Officer. Your responsibilities include working within a payment processing environment analysing large volumes of data and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders across a variety of tasks.

Working Pattern
Our standard hours are 35 hours per week. We offer a range of flexible and hybrid working options depending on the needs of the role. If you have specific questions about the role you are applying for please contact us.
Location
This post is based inGlasgow with hybrid working in line with current Transport Scotland policies. You will be expected to be office based twice per week pro rata.
