As the first and final impression for our discerning guests youll orchestrate their arrival and departure with charm precision and a whisper of old-world grace. Whether offering a tailored recommendation or ensuring a seamless check-in your service will be as polished as our marble floors.
Your Role:
Offer a warm refined welcome and a fond farewell to each guest.
Master the rhythm of front desk operationsreservations billing and guest requestswith flair and efficiency.
Resolve concerns gracefully ensuring every guest leaves with a smile (and perhaps a story to tell).
Share insider knowledge of the citys finest offerings from cocktails to culture.
Elevate each experience through personalised touches and thoughtful gestures.

Previous experience in luxury hospitality or high-end service environments.
