We have an exciting opportunity for an accomplished cyber security change manager to join a leading technology vendoron a high profile digital transformation.
This role has high visibility and requires an individual with previous experience in driving change across diverse stakeholders groups in large-scale complex environments.
To be considered you will demonstratethe following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in leading thechange management across complex cyber security projects
- Experience in influencing and leading large teams through significant infrastructure and security changes to implement tools and technologies
- Experience in driving process change; facilitating the development and implementation of effective change management strategies plans business impact/readiness assessments
- Apply change management methodology to support change activities
- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Excellent ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders including senior management
- Excellent attention to detail verbal and written communication skills
- Strong track record in managing and mitigating project risks ensuring project deadlines are met
