This is remote role however you must be located within 50 miles of an office or remote hub to be considered. Please note that we do not currently offer relocation support of any kind at this time.
The UX & Product Strategy Director is an integral part of the DEPT team responsible for leading externally and internally. In this role you will drive strategic planning foster creative innovation and act as a client-facing thought leader for one of our most exciting brands and critical clients.
While we are seeking candidates with broad experience across different types of work the role sits at the intersection of content and commerce. Were looking for someone who brings sharp commercial instincts and a proven track record of driving successful CRO efforts.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $135000 - $200000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience expertise and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind were flexible.
