Join a team where data drives decisions and strategy shapes success. Were looking for a Supply Chain Business Analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about transforming logistics into measurable results.

As a Supply Chain Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations through data-driven decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Analysis: Collect clean and interpret supply chain data including shipment lead times delivery performance cost structures and inventory levels.

  • Process Improvement: Design and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce overall supply chain costs.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) evaluate trends and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Predictive Modeling: Apply forecasting tools and statistical models to anticipate future procurement and demand needs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement logistics production and finance teams to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps.

  • Advanced Reporting: Create dashboards and in-depth reports to communicate findings support decision-making and influence supply chain strategy.

  • Cost Optimization: Identify execute and report on initiatives that result in COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) savings aligning with Global Supply Chain strategic objectives.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Were looking for a candidate who combines analytical rigor with strategic thinking:

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Business Analytics Engineering or related field.

    • OR 5 years of direct experience in Supply Chain Management or Business Analysis.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau). Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP Oracle etc.) is a plus.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain data insights to non-technical audiences.

  • Team Player: A proactive collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams and enjoys solving challenges together.
