We are looking to appoint a caring SEN/SEMH practitioner to take responsibility for coordinating interventions for SEN/SEMH students. The role will support students with SEMH needs ensuring the correct interventions are delivered; and promote inclusive strategies in the classroom.

You will:

  • have a keen interest in promoting mental health
  • have an understanding of the approaches to SEN/SEMH
  • have experience of delivering interventions
  • have good communications skills both oral and written
  • be able to remain calm under pressure
  • be able to manage their own workload effectively and have good prioritisation skills
  • be wholly dedicated to safeguarding pupils.
