What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Manage and grow the residential lettings portfolio
- Lead support and motivate the lettings team
- Conduct valuations and secure new landlord instructions
- Ensure high levels of customer service and compliance
- Drive marketing strategies and local business development
- Handle negotiations tenancy agreements and renewals
- Maintain excellent relationships with landlords and tenants

- Proven experience in residential lettings at senior level
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Confident in valuations and winning instructions
- Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance
- Exceptional organisational and customer service skills
- Professional driven and results-focused
- Full UK driving licence required
