Job Description

Are you ready to lead a high-performing team and revolutionize water treatment solutions across France

At Grundfos were on a mission to pioneer solutions that advance the flow of water and the future of sustainability. Based in Lille youll take the helm of our French Sales and Services operations driving transformational growth in the commercial municipal and industrial water treatment sectors.

This role is pivotal in leading transformational change projects requiring exceptional communication skills to secure business and stakeholder buy-in. You will inspire and lead teams through change aiming for ambitious growth in profitability and geographical expansion.

Your Main Responsibilities

As Head of Sales and Services youll be at the forefront of our growth journey in France. Your role will combine strategic leadership operational excellence and peoples development. You will:

  • Develop and execute annual budgets market strategies and growth plans.
  • Lead and inspire a team of 7080 employees with 610 direct reports.

  • Monitor and optimize sales performance pricing and margins.

  • Drive customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.

  • Champion cross-functional collaboration across departments.

  • Promote innovation continuous improvement and process efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with local laws company policies and health & safety standards.

  • Foster a culture of trust diversity equity and sustainability.

  • Align your team with Group strategy and business objectives.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including Finance BP HR BP and Regional Marketing & Solutions.

Your Background

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in people management including virtual leadership and a strong understanding of P&L structure. You should be experienced in market analysis risk management and selling complex solutions to industrial clients with a focus on delivering high-level services.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Business and/or Engineering.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the water treatment or industrial solutions sector.

  • Strong negotiation strategic and tactical thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems.

  • Demonstrated accountability and entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Passion for leading and inspiring diverse teams.

  • Ability to cultivate a positive corporate culture and drive motivation.

  • Experience in change management and organizational adaptability.

  • Effective communication in multicultural environments.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.

  • Fluent French (spoken and written) is required.
