The Role
Northwestern Polytechnic is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to the Vice-President Academic. This key position ensures the effective operation of the Vice-Presidents Office by providing advanced administrative support managing complex schedules coordinating divisional activities and serving as a professional liaison within and beyond the institution. This role is integral to the success of the Academic Division and directs the operations of the Academic Council in accordance with the Post-Secondary Learning Act.

Salary Annual range is $75444 - $95403.
