Youll report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and work alongside a supportive team that values outcomes innovation and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Outreach
- Proactively identify and engage healthcare professionals across job boards databases social platforms and direct outreach.
- Build talent pipelines and proactively approach clinics and healthcare providers to identify potential candidates.
Screening & Candidate Engagement
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess suitability and interest.
- Share compelling information about the company roles and benefits.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Relationship Building
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Deliver a high-quality and engaging candidate experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruitment leadership to understand workforce needs.
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and recruitment activity.
Compliance & Administration
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure all hiring practices are compliant with legislation and policy.
Market & Strategy Insight
- Keep up with recruitment trends and competitor activity within the healthcare sector.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and branding efforts including supporting digital and social recruitment campaigns.
About You

- An interest in market trends data insights and strategic sourcing
