About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our dynamic team to take on new daily challenges and really shine through.

The office-based (East Bentleigh) Project Coordinator/Scheduler is responsible for front end administration tasks and to support with the timely and cost-effective scheduling of the required site attendance bookings for our national team of internal and external partner contractor restoration technicians. The role works closely with our teams of technicians sub-contractors and project coordinators and reports to the Linx Operations Manager.

Key activities include but are not limited to:

  • Initial contact with customer and triage of new job allocations
  • Timely and cost-effective National scheduling of internal and partner contractor restoration workforce
  • Usage/updating of scheduling portal
  • Consistent and accurate administration or assigned allocations
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and regular updates

Desired skills and experience:

  • Experience workforce scheduling
  • Great customer service skills
  • An understanding of the restoration and or building repair process critical inspection points and WHS requirements
  • Track record of establishing and maintaining long term relationships/accounts
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Proactive and outcome focused
  • Ability to act independently and multi-task
  • High attention to detail with excellent communication
