CatholicCare NT (CCNT) is a not-for-profit organisation providing social services and programs to individuals couples families children groups schools and agencies across the Northern Territory.
The Evaluation Systems Officer role is part of a team that administrates and manages contracts across the organisation to support delivery of contractual obligations to agreed standards.
The Evaluation Systems Officer oversees program monitoring and evaluation to demonstrate program and organisational effectiveness. This includes the analysis and reporting of participant outcomes building an evidence base and ensuring that the participants voice is heard and included in ongoing program improvement.
This role has responsibility for ongoing development and maintenance of CCNTs evaluation tools and monitoring evaluation learning and planning (MELP) systems.
What we are looking for
- Qualification and experience in a relevant field (eg. Evaluation Social work Social Sciences)
- Demonstrated experience with evaluation frameworks and tools like themonitoring evaluation learning and planning (MELP) systems.
The ability to explain evaluation processes and systems to non-experts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to conduct evaluation interviews with participants
Demonstrated cultural competency particularly in working with Indigenous people
