Job Description

The purpose of this role is to execute the approach and strategies outlined by senior leadership lead and manage day to day work and manage the day-to-day communication with clients.

We are looking for a passionate leader and analyst with a problem-solving mindset that is ready to push the envelope in the marketing industry. Our Analytics Team sits at the center of the agency powering all aspects of a clients strategy messaging content creation and media activation. This team is driving our clients business goals throughout the convergence planning process.

The Analytics Team is a highly collaborative and dynamic group responsible for all aspects of data collection reporting and analysis to optimize media and integrate technology ultimately driving business results. This includes developing and managing methodologies for tracking identifying and solving issues interpreting and presenting program results and insights and working towards a data-driven analysis approach for clients.

As a key member of the team you will play an instrumental role in providing leadership project management timely in-depth reporting insights and optimization solutions. You are expected to be an active participant in the business consistently engaged and contributing ideas and insights that will further clients business goals. This position requires an individual capable of managing multiple projects tasks and people simultaneously. Additionally you will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team to become highly productive and effective contributors in the analytics ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious able to mine data to answer complex questions and capable of clearly communicating findings. Attention to process and detail is essential.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Lead meetings with product owners and key stakeholders to present media performance results create measurement plans KPIs and optimization strategies

Collaborate with multiple team members and stakeholders to successfully capture all of their audience analytics and research needs activate them in our proprietary reporting/insights ecosystem and successfully deliver actionable insights to clients

Observe analyze and report on digital media campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization

Collaborate to develop the creation of tools and techniques to optimize media performance to drive brand consideration and performance of key marketing activities

Lead and coordinate the development and implementation of reporting dashboards

Have the ability to set up appropriate testing scenarios to determine key insights and answers to key business questions

Regularly prepare present explain in detail and defend media performance results to internal stakeholders and clients.

Develop presentations overviews and tactical POVs that will meet and exceed client expectations

Assist with new business pitches (analyze data provide consumer insights create surveys participate in focus groups etc.)

Test and evaluate new tools and technology and understand how they can fit into the existing analytics infrastructure

Keep up to date with the latest trends in media research consumer insights communications and technology

Proactively resolve issues know when to and to whom to escalate

Manage multiple deliverables and seamlessly transition among them

Mentor and develop all team members to ensure they are key contributors in the organization

Actively promote the data driven decision making culture across the company and with the clients

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Bachelors Degree ideally with a concentration in advertising/marketing business engineering or statistics/mathematics

4-5 yrs experience as a digital media analyst or specialist in media planning consumer research account planning marketing or media research

Experience successfully leading technical projects across teams with multiple stakeholders

Very proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint. SQL Server and/or Tableau experience preferred

Experience with survey development digital campaign and/or creative analysis (display mobile social media search and/or email)

Experience with web analytics tools or digital creative optimization is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a highly collaborative team environment

Prior knowledge and understanding of DFA/DCM DS3 Prisma media tagging SQL queries and other marketing and research friendly tools is preferred

Experience and expertise presenting analytics and research findings and recommendations

Expertise working directly with clients and managing expectations and projects to ensure all needs are addressed

Strong organizational and time management skills

Must be a detail oriented curious pro-active problem solver

The annual salary range for this position is $94000-$152375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience knowledge skills and other factors permitted by law.
