Position: Concrete Foreman
Location: Greater Philadelphia area
Salary Range: $115000 $125000 Full Benefits
Superior Skilled Trades is proud to partner with a respected commercial contractor to offer a direct hire opportunity for a Concrete Foreman with strong leadership and field experience in concrete construction. This is a full-time salaried position with performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including a company vehicle.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on concrete experience with a minimum of 5 years in a foreman or supervisory role. Youll be responsible for supervising crews of laborers carpenters and finishershandling all phases of concrete work including layout formwork placement and finishing of footings walls and slabs for buildings up to 50000 SF.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Lead and coordinate job site activities for commercial concrete projects
Accurately interpret blueprints and site plans
Perform precise layout of foundations elevations and anchor bolts
Ability to manage new ground-up projects from start to finish
Strong knowledge of carpentry and concrete construction techniques
Proven leadership and crew coordination skills
High regard for job site safety; prior safety certifications are a plus
