Job Description
Were looking for a Content Moderator whos fluent in Dutch and English to help keep online spaces safe and respectful. If youre someone who pays attention to the details understands online culture and feels confident making judgment calls this could be a great fit! Youll be reviewing content to make sure it aligns with community guidelines and platform policies. Already in Lisbon or ready to relocate No problem well help with the move! Just make sure you have EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
Key Qualifications:
Languages: Native/fluent Dutch and English (C1-C2 level proficiency)
Citizenship/Work Authorization: Holder of EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit
Relocation: Willing to relocate to Lisbon (relocation assistance provided)
Experience: 12 years in content moderation customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
Technical Skills: Familiar with digital platforms social media tools and content management systems
Responsibilities:
Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform rules and policies
Identify and report content that violates community standards or poses safety concerns
Maintain quality standards and adhere to moderation KPIs (accuracy speed consistency)
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving content policies and processes
Work in rotating shifts as needed including weekends and public holidays
