- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients.
- Prioritize patient and family needs to develop individualized care plans.
- Implement evaluate and revise care plans to achieve desired health outcomes.
- Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families while maintaining professionalism.
- Educate patients families and the community to support informed healthcare decisions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated effective care.
- Delegate appropriate tasks and ensure timely follow-up.
- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex care situations.
- Promote patient safety care efficiency and high-quality outcomes.
- Participate in peer development mentorship and community service.
Success Factors: - In-depth knowledge of nursing standards patient care and clinical procedures.
- Familiarity with nursing laws state and hospital policies and professional ethics.
- Proficiency in medical terminology disease prevention medications and side effects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to interact with a diverse patient population and medical team.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
- Competency with basic computer systems including Microsoft Office EMRs scheduling and email.
Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates or Bachelors in Nursing).
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum: 1-2 years of recent Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience.
- BLS Certification (required within 30 days of hire).
