Custodian

MalaceHR is seeking janitorial cleaners for an auto-manufacturing site in Concord NC! The ideal candidate must have reliable transportation. This position is offering a starting rate of $18.00 per hour

11a-7p M-F

$18/hour

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans
• Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in correct placement
• Follows the eight-step cleaning procedure
• Washes walls windows furniture baseboards and other items to maintain a clean safe environment for patients visitors and staff
• Performs tasks in accordance with all federal state and county guidelines
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers fellow employees and others

While janitorial is a good part of the services we offer we also handle various other tasks. Task include but are not limited to:

1. Removing and Bailing Cardboard
2. Moving breaking down and stacking Pallets
3. Putting Large Garbage bags into machine
4. Floor cleaning
5. Fork truck operation
6. Etc.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning custodian office cleaning housekeeping or janitorial cleaning experience preferred
• Frequent lifting carrying pushing or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
• Must have reliable transportation
