Remote Administrative & Operations Associate (Montevideo-Based)
Location: Location: Remote (based near Montevideo Uruguay with willingness to transition to an in-office role in the future)

Salary: $1500 - $2300 (based on skills and experience)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive highly organized and enthusiastic Remote Administrative & Operations Associate based in or near Montevideo Uruguay. This is primarily a remote-first role that will provide essential administrative support to U.S. leadership with potential for light operational tasks. The ideal candidate is a jack of all trades who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to grow into an operations role as our team expands. While initially remote this position requires a willingness to transition into an in-office setting if we establish a local office in Montevideo in the future (likely 12 months away).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support including managing calendars scheduling meetings coordinating logistics and handling internal communications.
- Assist in recruitment tasks such as posting jobs reaching out to candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Support HR operations including managing HR-related documents and maintaining organized filing systems securely.
- Liaise with local vendors brokers and service providers.
- Conduct research and assist with evaluating value-based office space options in Montevideo.
- Collaborate across departments on special projects in finance marketing or operations as needed.
- Contribute to building a strong collaborative local office culture if the team expands.
- Perform basic bookkeeping and light accounting tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
- Based in or near Montevideo with strong local knowledge.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is a must-have.
- 3 years of experience in administrative or HR support roles.
- Highly organized resourceful and able to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor with the ability to interface with external contacts.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced remote-first environment with evolving structures.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in tools such as Google Workspace Microsoft 365 Slack Zoom PowerPoint and Excel.
- A background in property HR or operations is a nice-to-have but not required.
- High energy and enthusiastic willing to take on diverse tasks and grow into new responsibilities.
