Job Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality cardiac ultrasound examinations on patients providing technical expertise and exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine patient needs and identify clinical issues during ultrasound procedures.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards within the imaging department.
- Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment ensuring it is in proper working condition and reporting any malfunctions promptly.
- Educate patients regarding the ultrasound procedure and any necessary preparations.
- Participate in continuing education and training programs to enhance professional skills and knowledge in cardiac sonography.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must possess ACCESS; RDCS from ARDMS CCI OR CRCS by CARDUP is required within one year of hire.
- Open to new graduates; however a minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred.
- Candidate must confirm they have received and understand the job description and are aware of the state they are applying for.
Desired Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
- Experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment is a plus.
- Prior exposure to diverse patient populations and varying clinical cases is advantageous.
Additional Guidelines:
