Job Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Oracle applications including troubleshooting issue resolution and user assistance.
- Monitor and maintain Oracle databases ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose resolve and escalate technical issues.
- Assist in the configuration installation and setup of Oracle applications and databases.
- Perform regular system backups patches and upgrades in accordance with company procedures.
- Participate in system upgrades migrations and data integrations.
- Troubleshoot analyze and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) Oracle Cloud or Oracle database environments.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle systems with other platforms.
- Document and track issues and solutions in ticketing systems ensuring all cases are resolved in a timely manner.
- Provide end-user support training and guidance on Oracle software and functionality.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation on system performance and incidents.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle product releases patches and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle applications Oracle Database or Oracle Cloud systems.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Oracle Database and Oracle Cloud services.
- Familiarity with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for querying and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of database architecture performance tuning and backup/restore processes.
- Experience with incident management and support ticketing systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
