Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Oracle applications including troubleshooting issue resolution and user assistance.
  • Monitor and maintain Oracle databases ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose resolve and escalate technical issues.
  • Assist in the configuration installation and setup of Oracle applications and databases.
  • Perform regular system backups patches and upgrades in accordance with company procedures.
  • Participate in system upgrades migrations and data integrations.
  • Troubleshoot analyze and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) Oracle Cloud or Oracle database environments.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle systems with other platforms.
  • Document and track issues and solutions in ticketing systems ensuring all cases are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Provide end-user support training and guidance on Oracle software and functionality.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation on system performance and incidents.
  • Stay updated on the latest Oracle product releases patches and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle applications Oracle Database or Oracle Cloud systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Oracle Database and Oracle Cloud services.
  • Familiarity with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for querying and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of database architecture performance tuning and backup/restore processes.
  • Experience with incident management and support ticketing systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
