Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product manager to join our team with a focus on driving impactful products within the fintech and payments domain. If you have a deep understanding of the UPI ecosystem and payment technologies and are passionate about creating solutions that shape the future of digital payments this is the role for you!
As a key member of the product team you ll lead complex high-impact initiatives collaborating with stakeholders across various teams to develop and enhance products within the UPI ecosystem. Your technical expertise and hands-on experience working with development teams will be critical in delivering innovative payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Product Strategy: Own the product vision and roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends in the fintech and payments industry.
- UPI Ecosystem Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of the UPI ecosystem and payment technologies to contribute to product development and improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including development business and operations to ensure seamless product delivery and integration.
- Project Management: Oversee the of complex product development projects managing timelines scope and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
- Technical Leadership: Collaborate closely with development teams understanding APIs payment gateways and other technical components ensuring alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
- Agile Methodology: Lead sprints manage backlogs and facilitate agile ceremonies to ensure efficient product delivery in an iterative and incremental manner.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of product features and drive continuous product improvement.
Must-Have Skills:
- 8 years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager within the fintech or payments domain.
- In-depth knowledge of the UPI ecosystem payment technologies and experience with UPI Switch development.
- Strong technical background with the ability to work closely with development teams including understanding of APIs payment gateways and related technologies.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and ensuring successful product delivery.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across cross-functional teams.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies including experience in running sprints and managing agile workflows.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Successful and efficient management of complex product development projects.
- Effective collaboration and communication across multiple stakeholders.
- Significant contribution to the development and enhancement of UPI ecosystem products.
