Overview
The PGT Mathematics teacher plays a crucial role in shaping the intellectual and analytical abilities of senior secondary students. This position is vital in fostering a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and applying them in real-life scenarios. The teacher is responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment that encourages inquiry critical thinking and problem-solving skills. By effectively implementing the curriculum the PGT Maths teacher will not only prepare students for academic excellence in examinations but also help them develop a positive attitude towards mathematics. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Bachelor of Education . or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools for teaching.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Passion for teaching and fostering a love for mathematics among students.
- Experience in mentoring or coaching students preferred.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on student learning styles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of assessment and evaluation techniques in education.
