Your role as a First-Class Maths Graduate will involve:
- Supporting top-achieving students to secure outstanding results at GCSE and A-Level.
- Delivering small group sessions (up to 5 pupils) to extend knowledge and understanding.
- Creating and delivering your own engaging sessions and resources.
- Assisting the Maths Department in lessons and wider school initiatives.
- Acting as a proactive and reliable member of a successful team.
Essential requirements for the First-Class Maths Graduate role:
- A 1:1 Maths degree from a top 20 UK University.
- A genuine desire to progress into Teacher Training.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Dedication flexibility and a proactive approach to learning.
- Previous child-based experience is desirable.
